I am trying to activate this script in the ACP, previous posts say that there are instructions for activating, but I didn't find any instructions in the script. Where do I activate this script in ACP?

Is there a way to do an auto-reply to user via email to let them know that their form was successfully sent?

How do i go about upgrading the contact_body.html file to include the new refresh button which is in the new phpbb 3.0.5 ucp_register.html ?

Size reduced, no need for hole post to be like that, also don't be promoting other mods in one mods topic This one is okay though cause author has ABD it.

Look close, this MOD was NOT abandoned, It was Taken over by RMCGrill from Evil. That Topic is the new Version of this mod... I'm not promoting other mods.

edit; and this mod topic should be closed since it may not work with teh latest phpbb... remove the download and let people download the latest version from phpbb.
