Xander, is this MOD completed, or in Development?

I would leave it here for now if it's NOT in Development, since we don't have anyone to verify translations.

The mod is not already finished.

But what is exactly approved?

When you feel that it's ready for release... use by other folks.
Otherwise, it would be in "testing" phase, and in that case, would be still in development.

Once it's Finished, we will put it in the MOD Database as approved.
