WOW! Cool find Robert!

My favorite was the ST: Nemesis Extended Ending.
Borg Starter Kit: some assimilation required.
We came. We absorbed. We left.

I'm in cruise control mode until RC1 Cool Besides, any bugs found now will be beyond the time I can give ... plus I have a nice text on OO php that I have to rearrange my thinking processes for; since I'm most used to procedural programming.

With php5, php.net now fully has object-oriented programming support. Stuff like the newer Ruby/Ruby-on-rails is OO too.

For your info, I also installed Ubuntu linux on a box. The current 'Dapper Drake' version has a new graphical installer that goes s m o o t h even doing the partitioning; all you have to enter is your timezone and language.

So I now have XP and linux on the same box to play with. Granted, I did this first time around the 'easy' mostly auto-install, but you can also choose to do the nerd install :-P

The instructions webpage I found most useful :
- Install Desktop CD Ubuntu

Oh Wow!!

Now THAT is nice!
Which makes me wonder... the new Intel Macs must be able to run Linux as well... that would be interesting to have three OSes on one box.

I was able to run Linux (Debain 3.1) on my PowerBook G4.
So now you can run Windows, Linux, Unix and Max OS X on Mac.
Pretty nice huh!

You have to note that win uses NTFS filesystem while linux uses Ext3 filesystem.

http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/partitioning

During the ubuntu install partitioning, a FAT32 area is created since both win and linux can handle FAT filesystem.

You can also use the GPL Wine to run win-based programs on top of linux. I haven't tried this.

Where the mac with/without the intel chipset fits in here, I'm not sure.
