[DEV] new style, "arpiosilver"

I couldn't find any good ideas on how to modify the viewtopic, be it in terms of colours or in terms of layout/?

So, I had another idea: how about another version of Arpiosilver, with the same icons, but? different general appearance.

And here we go, you can view the beginnings of the new "Metal Arpiosilver" at the same place, but log in as "Tester" (password: "tester", lower-case!!), and you'll be able to view it.

That's it for now. Until I find a new look I like for viewtopic, or until I decide I'll stick to the standard prosilver view (after all, I really do like the appearance of viewtopic as it is).

Click to view. This style is now fully functional, and complete save for a few forum/topic icon optimisation changes.

(and yes, the other "metal" version without all these background changes still exists, it's just that I prefer this one)
