Screenshots: Just post around! you'll see em' (only about 75 of the 270 smilies are actually being used on this board)

Installation Level: Easy
Installation Time: 1 - 2 Minutes
Format: .zip, .pak, .tgz
Instructions: Unzip both the .tgz and .zip files. Upload them to your server.
In ACP > Posting > Smilies > Click the link that says "Install Smilies Pak".
Select the "smiley.pak" in the menu. And select "Delete All" if you have the default set.
Or Replace Matches or Keep All if you already have some of your own smilies installed.
It's faster to upload the tgz file to your server THEN unpack it on the server if you have that ability

Seems pretty good, and I may use this on my boards. One question though, is there any way to see a listing of everything in it, or at least a listing of the majority, or the best / most useful, etc? I just dont want to blindly install a ginormous number of smilies on my boards without getting a good idea of what I'm getting first. Thanks.

Well... the smiliey TGZ file contains all of the smilies, you don't have to upload all of them...
The import smiley.txt file will install only about 35 or so smilies... the same ones that are used on this board.

OK, thanks for the tip on the install. I just didnt want to manually view every single one of the 270 to see what I'm getting I am much happier knowing that only 35 install by default, that's good.

Off-Topic: On my board, I put in a temporary hack to add users into certain groups once they reached a certain number of posts. Is this something you think others would benefit from making into a full-blown mod with acp panel, to post here and elsewhere?

Well, the code as of right now is incredibly primitive, with no real double-checks, and it only checks after a post has been submitted, and won't undo it if the postcount drops back below the threshhold....
