1. Go to ACP :: System :: Modules (Administration Control Panel)
2. Click the .MODs category and create a module category under it named ACP_PAGES
3. From the drop-down box select the Manage Pages module - add it and enable it
4. Now just go over to the MODs tab to see your new module.

If you want to use URL rewrites, open your .htaccess file and add this at the end:

I have a random question regarding translations and these mod packages. A large amount of my network which will be joining my forum initially is in Texas and Arizona. Therefore I would like to consider adding a Spanish mod of some sorts. It would be ideal for spanish people to see the forum in spanish and the english in english? Is this possible at all,even if it is flawed??

Im not sure i understand your Question, but you can translate the info_acp_pages into Spanish....
If you want to have English and Spanish languages as your extra pages contents its a bit harder .

You do know that you can install the Spanish language to your phpBB board for your users to chose.

phpBB has been localised to 44 different languages and language variations by a
dedicated team of translators. This page gives you access to these translations.

As far as the mods you choose to install, you would have to see if they had a Spanish translation first.

But... as far as what is posted in the topics, if they type in English it will show as English in the post.
There is no mod that I know of that will translate what English was posted to a Spanish typed post.
Just making sure that's not what you're asking.
